Private Commissions

Initial consultation is free, thereafter a minimum deposit of £150 +vat is required for further consultation, design and cost estimate (non refundable and payable upfront) this amount is debited from the final bill. A larger deposit may be required for larger or more complex designs
Estimates are valid while costs remain stable. Quotes are only valid for 30 days and do not include alterations or deviations (reasonable exclusions apply subject to written agreement).
All relevant research, designs, Intellectual Property, and materials are owned and retained by Kelpies Keep Ltd, unless and until legally transferred by verified written agreement, under the terms of the mutually agreed and signed contract
On design approval and agreed timeframe, 50% of the estimated cost is payable
The balance is due no later than the morning of the day of despatch
(For smaller, on demand or drop shipped items (e.g. customised cushions) where the design has already been agreed and approved, payment is required in full at the point of order)

A minimum deposit of £150 +vat is required for consultation, design and cost estimates (non refundable and payable upfront) . This amount is deducted from the final bill. A larger deposit may be required for larger or more complex projects.
Estimates are valid while costs remain stable. Quotes are only valid for 30 days. All Intellectual Property is owned and retained by Kelpies Keep Ltd, unless expressly and contractually transferred.
